Returns and exchanges

You have 15 days after receiving your order to ask for a return or an exchange.

Bras must be new: unworn, unwashed and with their tags.
For hygiene reasons, thongs cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or are not the item you ordered.

Contact us through our Contact page within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

If your item arrives defective or is not the one you ordered, contact us with a photo. We will replace it or refund it at our expense.
