Refund policy

Returns within 15 days

You can return your order within 15 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, thongs and any item that has been worn or opened without its hygiene liner cannot be returned.
  • Sale and discounted items follow the same rules.

How to return

  1. Email us at beezfite@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item(s) to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at beezfite@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

Need another size or color? Email us and we will help you exchange it, depending on stock.
